Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce OmniStudio Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive years 6 of experience in developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions within a federal government environment with a strong focus on Salesforce Omniscript. This role involves designing developing and implementing customized solutions.

Responsibilities

• Solution Development: Design develop and implement complex OmniStudio solutions including OmniScripts DataRaptors and Integration Procedures. Build custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) to extend the capabilities of OmniStudio.
• Maintenance: Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications to ensure optimal performance and usability. Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
• Government Compliance: Ensure all solutions comply with relevant federal government regulations and standards. Stay updated on changes in regulations and adjust solutions accordingly.
• Integration: Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications ensuring seamless data flow and functionality. Develop and maintain APIs and other integration tools.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product owners stakeholders and Scrum teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Participate in daily standups sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Testing and Validation: Conduct unit testing and ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards. Perform code reviews and provide feedback to peers.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all solutions and processes. Ensure documentation is uptodate and accessible to relevant team members.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance Salesforce usage. Stay current with Salesforce updates and new features and incorporate them into solutions where appropriate.

Required Skills and Experience

• Salesforce OmniStudio certification and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II
• Extensive experience in Salesforce development.
• Proven experience working within a federal government environment.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce integration tools and techniques.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively remotely in crossfunctional teams.
• Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook Word Excel SharePoint and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with other Salesforce products and services.

Education

Bachelors Degree

Clearance Requirements

U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Work Location: United States Remote

• If this position is assigned to a Pantheon Data office location or client site youll work with colleagues and clients in person as needed for specific client requirements.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $102000 $132000. This is not however a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather salary will be set based on experience geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
