We are seeking a skilled Gluer to join our team in providing foam fabricated parts to the furniture industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gluing foam materials according to specific product requirements and quality standards. They should have a strong understanding of gluing techniques tools and equipment and be able to work independently or as part of a team to deliver highquality products in a timely manner.

• Operate and maintain gluing equipment including glue guns rollers and spray equipment.
• Prepare surfaces for gluing by cleaning and applying adhesives according to product specifications.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure product quality and production efficiency.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet production quotas and quality standards to ensure ontime delivery of products.
• Report any issues or concerns to management to ensure that quality standards are met.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in foam fabrication or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of various gluing techniques and equipment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet production goals.
• Good communication and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
