Department: Assessment and Academic Coaching
Reports To: Manager Assessment & Academic Coaching

LOCATION: Green Bay
STANDARD HOURS: 24 hours per week. Tuesday: 8:00am 4:30pm Wednesday: 8:00am 4:30pm Friday: 7:30am 4:00pm. Flexibility to work evening hours as needed.
Range of pay: $15.00 $16.81 per hour

POSITION SUMMARY
Administer wide variety of tests ensuring proper administration test security and student confidentiality. Interact with internal and external customers to administer tests communicate testrelated information and resolve issues. Ensure compliance in order to maintain authorized site status with vendors and agencies.


Perform all processes involved in administering Assessment Center tests in accordance with Assessment Center policies vendor/agency/governmental requirements and accepted testing methods.
Administer GED Tests at authorized sites in accordance with GED and Pearson VUE regulations. Understand and comply with GED and Pearson VUE regulations. Earn and maintain Pearson VUE certification.
Ensure test security and secure testing environment. Maintain confidentiality of student/tester data and information.
Provide test score results to testers.
Learn and utilize testing software systems. Earn and maintain vendor certifications.
Update PeopleSoft and/or other data systems with student and testing data. Perform necessary administrative tasks and processes to prepare individuals for testing. Maintain District Testing Database.
Interacts with students the public faculty members and other NWTC staff regarding testing to ensure secure valid and consistent testing practices and procedures. Establish and maintain effective internal and external customer relationships.
Assist with the implementation of upgrade and enhancements. Provide functionality testing and resolution of issues to ensure the integrity of systems throughout the district. Communicate testing policies and practices to faculty staff and district high schools as needed.
Travel to NWTC regional centers and county jail sites to administer tests.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Associate Degree
Two years of experience required in teaching training counseling or testing to meet certification requirements of testing agencies.
Workday or similar database management system. Microsoft Excel or Word.
Must hold a valid drivers license and be insurable under the Districts standard insurance policy terms.
**An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual skills are preferred.

Extended Sitting: Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer or attending meetings

Manual Dexterity: Proficiency in using hands and fingers to handle or operate office equipment tools or controls.
Visual and Auditory: Ability to read documents and communicate effectively with students and staff.
Light Lifting: Capability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
