Job Description
Overview
- Department: PHYSICAL THERAPY
- Schedule: Per Diem 8:00 a.m. to 4:40 p.m.
- Facility: Resurrection Medical Center
- Location: 7435 W Talcott Ave Chicago IL 60631

Qualifications
EDUCATION EXPERIENCE TRAINING
1. High School diploma or equivalent.
2. Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
3. Previous experience in Physical Therapy preferred.
Resurrection Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is a flat rate of $22.35/hr. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire in which a wide range of factors will be considered including but not limited to skillset years of applicable experience education credentials and licensure.
