Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and motivated Commercial Lines Sales Producer to join our dynamic team. The Sales Producer will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining client relationships. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial lines insurance products and the ability to effectively communicate with clients to provide them with tailored insurance solutions.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new leads through networking cold calling and referrals
- Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their insurance needs and risks
- Prepare and present customized insurance proposals to clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide ongoing support
- Stay informed about industry trends changes in regulations and new insurance products
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven track record in sales and business development preferably within the insurance industry
- Strong knowledge of commercial lines insurance products and coverages
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Active P&C (Property and Casualty) License
- At least 3 years of relevant experience required
- Previous experience working with carriers such as Western Safeco Progressive and Westfield
