Job Duties and Qualifications
- Reports to and receives assignments instructions and direction from the Foreman or General Foreman.
- Reads and interprets instructions and documentation and plans work activities.
- Operates company vehicles with capacity of up to 30 tons to move materials tools and equipment to and from work locations in support of construction and maintenance activities and/or deliver operating materials and supplies from one warehouse to another.
- Loads and unloads vehicles.
- Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures including wearing required personal safety equipment.
- Performs other duties and activities as directed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with Tanker Endorsement required
Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher level roles given 1 their experience 2 additional job requirements and/or 3 business needs. Depending on education experience and skill level a variety of job opportunities might be available including Heavy Truck Driver or Senior Heavy Truck Driver.
