Adobe Design is seeking an Experience Designer to work on the Creative Cloud video business. Experience designers contribute to of the most heavily trafficked corporate websites in the world the front door for most of our customers and a primary revenue generator for Adobe. You excel at looking the big picture from a user experience technology and business standpoint as well as enjoy thinking creatively to help deliver compelling user experiences. Experience Designers should possess strong strategic creative and planning skills that enable them to effectively communicate collaborate and drive design solutions for Adobe products and services.
Work closely with an Experience Design Lead Adobe Design producers and program managers product managers and other partners crossorg to create and craft exceptional user experiences
Be responsible for endtoend solutions on projects and initiatives
Create user experience goals priorities and results that align with product roadmaps
Partner with multiple teams including other experience designers product managers engineers and organizational leaders in drafting & brainstorming concepts
Create and build iterative designs that meet product objectives fit within design guidelines and respond to feedback and usability testing
Convey design ideas via sketches storyboards user flows wireframes and prototypes
Work across a wide range of projects technologies and devices
Support development teams throughout the implementation cycle
A proven track record and portfolio of excellent experience designs that promote user needs product requirements and business goals
35 years of experience working in the field of user experience
Experience with web application design and systems design
A degree in a designrelated field (HCI interaction visual) or comparable experience
Deep knowledge of UX/UI patterns and principles
Experience crafting SaaS products
Experience with design tools such as Figma Adobe XD Illustrator Photoshop Keynote or Sketch
Drive and passion to improve the user experience and usability of sophisticated problems
Ability to accept and synthesize feedback from colleagues in a rapid iterative design process and optimally produce multiple highly polished work in a timely fashion
Experience crafting innovative digital interface solutions for the web desktop applications and/or mobile and handheld devices
Comfortable in crafting and assisting with user testing and other qualitative and quantitative tests
Strong interpersonal written and presentation communication skills
Willingness and ability to contribute to the creative spirit of the Adobe Design experience design team and Adobe overall

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $95100 $194400 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on jobrelated knowledge skillsand experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and shortterm incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Nonsales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and shortterm incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition certain roles may be eligible for longterm incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
