Job Description
- Assist in providing operational risk support and leadership to RBC Insurance businesses to enhance their ability to monitor and manage operational risks effectively
- Assist the team in working with business and functional partners to proactively identify measure and analyze operational risks and to help risk owners identify effective mitigation strategies
- Assist with operational risk assessment activities
- Assist with Operational Risk reporting
- Assist with control testing activities
- Assist with the oversight and tracking of operational risk issues through to completion
