Job Summary:

IFC National Marketing is seeking a very energetic outgoing driven detail orientated and sales minded agent to join our organization as a Concierge Insurance Director. This unique role is responsible for driving new life disability longtermcare and annuity sales by partnering with new and existing health and P&C agents as well as financial advisors.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Proactively build relationships and partnerships with IFC agents and advisors.

  • Proactively seek out and recruit new agents and advisors.

  • Proactively mine books of business for cross sell opportunities.

  • Conduct group agent training and present sales ideas and concepts.

  • Host and conduct sales seminars and events.

  • Attend industry and company meetings and events as needed.

  • Meet and exceed sales and activity performance benchmarks: Sales appointments leads new agents and retention.

  • Service in force business as needed.

  • Consult retail clients on insurance needs solutions and product placement.

  • Assist in design and implementation of sales programs including within IFCs proprietary platform Gold Experience.

  • Tracking all activity and report in our CRM.

  • Provide expert level illustrations product details and case design.

  • Crossrefer opportunities to all business lines including life annuity Medicare and group wholesaling teams.

  • Provide backroom support and back up to internal wholesalers as needed.

  • Limited travel for sales opportunities and company events.

  • Maintain expert level knowledge of IFC and Integrity platforms and initiatives.

Primary Skills & Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or relevant experience.

  • Three plus years of field sales in life disability LTC and/or annuities.

  • Fully licensed health and life agent.

  • Selfdriven confident and hungry to win new business.

  • Creative out of the box thinker who can take initiative and has a cando mindset.

  • Extremely detail oriented.

  • Strong customer relationship and people skills a persuasive selling style and collaborative approach as well as extroverted warm enthusiastic and empathetic characteristics

  • Demonstrate understanding of insurance and planning strategies sales process and distribution channels.

  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure autonomously and on a team.

  • Enthusiasm for a fastpaced and everchanging environment where programs evolve as the business grows.

  • The ability to use technology including software applications email and database management from remote locations.
