Overview:
Hitachi India Pvt. Ltd. Job Summary:
Were seeking an experienced DE&I Executive to support our diversity equity and inclusion initiatives leveraging datadriven insights from Power BI and creating engaging content on PowerPoint. Also candidate is expected to support operation support on training and other DE&I activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operation Support in implement DE&I strategies:
- Providing backend support for HiNext and Hitachi Academy as well as operational support in the implementation and monitoring of diversity equity and inclusion initiatives across the global organization.
2. Data analysis and reporting:
- Utilize Power BI to collect analyze and interpret DE&Irelated data creating actionable insights and recommendations.
3. Create data visualizations:
- Develop interactive and dynamic dashboards using Power BI to present complex data in an easily digestible format with compelling story lines.
4. Content creation on PowerPoint:
- Design and develop engaging presentations reports and dashboards using PowerPoint to communicate DE&Iinitiatives progress and insights to various stakeholders.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders:
- Work closely with India Japan and Global HR leadership and employee resource groups to drive DE&I initiatives and provide data driven insights.
6. Any other work:
- Management may request support in any other area of work based on requirement.
Requirements:
03 years of experience
Strong knowledge of Power BI including data modeling visualization and reporting.
Proficient in PowerPoint with experience in creating engaging presentations and reports.
Proven analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey insights and recommendations.
Bachelors degree.
Nice to Have:
Experience with other data analytics tools such as Tableau or Excel.
Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
Certification in DE&I.
