Job Description
The following vacancies exist in Goshen Community Schools for the 2025 Summer School Session:
Goshen Community Schools
Summer School Nutrition Delivery Driver
POSITION PURPOSE: Under the direction of a Building School Nutrition Manager drive a company truck to deliver meals and food service materials and supplies to satellite locations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Drives truck from buildings to delivery locations
- Picks up and delivers prepared meals and supplies
- Loads food and carrier containers with prepared meals coolers and heating units into delivery truck and unloads at various locations
- Returns to each location to pick up empty carrier containers
- Related duties as required
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Safely moving objects carts on wheels weighing at least 50 pounds
- Withstand a wide range of temperatures
- Verbal communication skills; understand and follow oral and written directions.
- Work independently with little direction.
DATES AND HOURS: Summer program runs fromJune 2nd August 1st
Parks Locations: June 3rd to July 18th
Hours vary and are based upon student needs by location and is subject to change as needed.
SALARY:$18.50 per hour
