The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Talent and Development team you serve as a trusted advisor to partners/leaders with a focus on accelerating the development of people. As a Senior Manager you lead large projects innovate processes and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You collaborate with partners/leaders to identify issues develop and execute action plans across various areas of people strategy including diversity development performance management and rewards and recognition.

What You Must Have
High School Diploma
6 years of Human Capital or PwC Experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required
