Position Summary:

MedInsight is seeking a Product Manager II to join our team of engineers designers and product managers to build robust engaging healthcare analytic products. We are looking for candidates who feel passionate about representing our clients needs throughout the product lifecycle from ideation and prioritization to daytoday development and release management.

The Product Manager II will serve as a bridge between our engineering teams gotomarket teams actuaries and clients to ensure that all stakeholders remain aligned on product vision roadmap and priorities. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator have a high attention to detail and have experience working with crossfunctional teams from a variety of backgrounds.

Primary Responsibilities:

The Product Manager II will leverage their expertise in healthcare data analytics and actuarial modeling to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our key suite of Financial Analytics products. They will be integral to all phases of the product development lifecycle and will work alongside the Product Engineering team to develop Big Data BI products for the healthcare industry. Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Serving as an expert in clinical and financial risk management utilizing claimsbased data sets
  • Defining and managing the creation and delivery of analytic healthcare reporting solutions
  • Understanding and representing the voice of our users by gathering and prioritizing customer requirements and feedback
  • Developing a deep understanding of our analytics products how they are positioned within the marketplace and how they measure up against our competitors
  • Prioritizing scoping defining requirements for product features and capabilities
  • Managing the daytoday operations of the teams building our products including managing sprints and daily standups facilitating communication across team members and overseeing engineering to ensure that development aligns with requirements
  • Facilitating our product releases with a focus on quality assurance risk mitigation thorough documentation and clear communication of release impacts
  • Coordinating crossfunctional stakeholders across engineering client support sales and executive leadership to ensure everyone is aligned on our product strategy and informed about key product initiatives
  • Creating and maintaining product roadmaps alongside our Product Strategy and Product Leadership teams

Requirements and Preferred Skills:

Requirements:

  • 5 years of Product Management Product Analyst or similar relevant experience;
  • Bachelors degree in healthcare data analytics or other relevant subjects;
  • Expertise in the US healthcare industry
  • Experience with common claimsbased analytic methodologies and reporting (e.g. evidencebased quality measures member and physician attribution HEDIS reporting etc.
  • Ability to analyze user requests define requirements develop project plans and report conclusions;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a diverse crossfunctional team; and
  • Ability to plan and manage concurrent projects strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with common analytics technologies (e.g. experience with Databricks SQL R Python etc.
  • Experience working with large normative data sets and/or research databases
  • Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau Excel etc.
  • Understanding of cloud technologies (e.g. Azure)

Location:

This role can be located remotely within the US. The expected application deadline for this job is June 15 2025.

Compensation:

The salary range is $104900 $207720 depending on relevant factors but not limited to education work experience certifications etc.
