You will serve as a key voice to the marketplace of one of the worlds leading HR consulting firms and will contribute to the evolution of pharmacy and broader health care delivery in the United States. The ideal candidate brings influence and strategic thinking to address unique client needs in the pharmacy space and to more broadly evolve our will collaborate with a strong team of highly experienced consultants within the pharmacy practice as well as engage in cross functional activities with other health and benefits colleagues and subject matter experts who together deliver unparalleled value to our clients and the broader pharmacy community.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors including but not limited to location of the role individual competencies education/professional certifications qualifications/experience performance in the role and potential for revenue generation.
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $185000$200000 USD per year.
This role is also eligible for an annual shortterm incentive bonus
