Handling tax in such a large sophisticated organization takes more than just a technical understanding of current tax practices. As an Employment Tax Manager we will look to you to lead engagements on a wide range of tax areas and processes devising strategic outcomes to some very complex issues. Your key responsibilities
Youll likely spend much of your time engaging in client consultations and challenging the tax strategy and approach for optimal effectiveness. Well look to you to develop strong relationships with our clients and team effectively with internal resources while developing and coaching junior members of the team. Areas of focus include planning and compliance for mergers; acquisitions and internal reorganizations; audit defense employment tax complex advisory; lookback reviews; payroll process improvement; shortterm business traveller analysis and policy design; and remote work analysis and policy design. Developing recommendations and implementation plans and make informed decisions in complex and judgmental areas.
