What Well Bring:
We are seeking a creative and detailoriented Content Developer to join our Customer Service/Support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging and effective training materials including PowerPoint presentations and elearning modules based on requirements provided by training managers and subject matter experts (SMEs).What Youll Bring:
Key Responsibilities:
Content Design:
- Design highquality PowerPoint presentations for training sessions ensuring they are visually appealing and informative.
- Develop elearning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline Adobe Captivate or similar platforms.
- Ensure all training materials are designed according to the specifications and requirements provided by training managers and SMEs.
Collaboration:
- Liaise with training managers and SMEs to gather content requirements and ensure accuracy in training materials.
- Coordinate with the Training Manager to ensure content aligns with organizational goals and training objectives.
Content Review and Improvement:
- Continuously review and update training materials based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Ensure all content is uptodate accurate and aligned with organizational standards.
- Incorporate feedback from trainers and learners to improve the effectiveness of training materials.
Technical Skills:
- Utilize elearning authoring tools to create interactive and engaging elearning modules.
- Proficient in using Microsoft PowerPoint to develop professional presentations.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) to upload and manage elearning content.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple content development projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery of highquality materials.
- Maintain organized records of content development processes and project timelines.
Impact Youll Make:
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Education.
- Certification In Authoring tools like Articulate 360 Adobe Vyond or similar tools.
- Proven experience in content development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using elearning authoring tools and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Preferred Experience:
- Minimum of 24 years of experience in content development for training programs.
- Experience in creating both PowerPoint presentations and elearning modules.
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Ability to work collaboratively with SMEs graphic designers and training managers.
