This role sits within the Human Resources team which comprises 30 people specialists based in our London Manchester and Cardiff offices working closely together to provide excellent employment conditions for the firms people covering all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer this role will collaborate closely with the DEI and Wellbeing Lead and the Workplace Operations Team. It will lead the Responsible Business Executive Committee which includes the Chief People Officer Chief Operating Officer and three Partners for whom Responsible Business is a secondary responsibility.
The role will lead the development and delivery of the firms strategic objectives in Responsible Business across the areas of sustainability education and social mobility pro bono and charity and fundraising.
