Position: Internet Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:
- Timely followup to incoming sales leads.
- Long term followup to continue mining prospects.
- Utilizes dealership CRM and other followup systems.
- Maintains sales productivity numbers.
- Keeps abreast of new products features accessories etc. and their benefits to customers.
- Responsible for educating guest on their features including manufacturer programs and providing a quality vehicle delivery.
- Exhibits high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Knows and understands the federal state and local laws which govern retail auto sales.
- Turns 100 percent of closed deals to finance and insurance manager along with properly completed paperwork (insurance information trade title etc..
- Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers
- Other duties assigned
Requirements:
- Previous Internet Sales experience preferred
- Comfortable working on a commissionbased salary structure.
- High energy levels and enthusiasm for sales.

- Outgoing personality with exceptional negotiation skills and objection handling.
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
