Position Overview:

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide highquality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services including functional assessments behavior intervention plans and adaptive life skills training. The ideal candidate will collaborate with families educators and healthcare providers to deliver integrated evidencebased care while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Masters degree in Psychology Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Licensure: Active BCBA certification (required).
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in ABA including functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ABA methodologies data collection and electronic documentation.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication problemsolving organizational and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and support staff.
  • Collaborate with families schools and healthcare providers to integrate intervention strategies (e.g. IEPs ISPs).
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA BACB guidelines and state/federal regulations.
  • Provide timely documentation and reporting in accordance with clinical policies.
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to continuous program improvement.
