Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated friendly Real Estate Showing Partner to join our energetic team. In this role youll assist our Buyers Agents by conducting property showings and ensuring clients have a seamless experience throughout their home search.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Showings: Conduct property tours highlighting key features and answering client questions.
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients helping them navigate their options and preferences.
- Schedule Coordination: Manage and coordinate showing schedules to keep appointments on track and efficient.
- Market Knowledge: Stay uptodate on local market trends and property details to provide accurate information to clients.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Buyers Agents and the team to enhance the overall client experience.
- Feedback Gathering: Collect and relay client feedback to finetune their property search.
Qualifications:
- Active real estate license (or willingness to obtain one with our support).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly approachable and clientfocused.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with technology and real estate tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
