  • Estimated hourly pay: $25.27(minimum) $31.59(midpoint) $37.91(maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark If youre a Corrective Action Quality Technician we have an exciting opportunity for you. The Quality Control Technician performs a variety of tasks throughout the organization. These tasks will vary depending on the area or function assigned to the individual. These tasks may include performing preliminary review of suspected nonconforming hardware advanced troubleshooting of problems in manufacturing assembly or test related to suspected nonconformance facilitating root cause identification and corrective action implementation complex drawing and specification interpretation purge and containment of suspected nonconforming material process audits workstation audits and product audits. The position reports to a Quality Leader and requires minimal to no supervision.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Thorough understanding of assembly manufacturing and test related procedures and processes.

  • Detailed knowledge of WISE with emphasis on stock transactions and MRB screens.

  • Ability to perform inspection setups and use of inspection equipment.

  • Intermediate level understanding of Material Review Board (MRB) process.

  • Ability to drive root cause investigation and corrective action implementation throughout the site.

  • Ability to trouble and problem solve basic and complex product quality discrepancies.

What We Are Looking For

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Greenbelt Certification preferred.

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Expert troubleshooting and problemsolving training and/or experience.

  • Informal or formal leadership experience that supports the ability to drive root cause investigations and corrective actions.
