Job Description
- Erstellung der technischen Spezifikation bei der Beschaffung von Neuanlagen / Anlagenkomponenten und Durchfhrung derInbetriebnahme sowie Abnahmen
- Fachliche Untersttzung der Teamleiter der betriebsinternen Werkstatt vor allem in Bezug auf die Art der Ausfhrung vonInstandhaltungsauftrgen
- Klren von nicht eindeutigen Bedarfen aus der Produktion Festlegung der zu realisierenden Lsung sowie Priorisierung nachggf. erforderlicher Abstimmung
- Planung Koordination und Durchfhrung von Instandhaltungsprojekten mit internem oder externem Personal
- Mitwirkung bei der Ressourcenplanung beispielsweise bei der Zuweisung von Auftrgen fr externe Dienstleister
- Fachliche Untersttzung bei der Umsetzung von Normen und anderen Vorschriften Regeln oder gesetzlichen Anforderungen
- Erstellung der technischen Unterlagen fr die Installation von Maschinen und Anlagen sowie die berwachung der Ausfhrung
- Untersttzung der Produktion und Werkstatt bei Produktionsproblemen und Anlagenfehlern
- Technische Untersttzung des Einkaufs im Rahmen von Anlagen und Materialauswahl
- Fachliche Untersttzung bei der Erstellung und Optimierung von Wartungsplnen
- Festlegen von vorzuhaltenden Ersatzteilen ggf. alternativen Ersatzteilen inkl. der Mindestbestnde
Anforderungen:
- Abgeschlossene Hochschulausbildung (im Bereich Mechanik Maschinenbau Elektrotechnik oder Vergleichbares) oder auf anderem Wege erworbene Kenntnisse
- Gute systematische lsungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
- Wnschenswert: gute Kenntnisse im Bereich von Spezialsoftware (Solid Works)
- Sehr gutes technisches und wirtschaftliches Denken im Bereich der
Maschinensicherheitstechnik - Gutes Durchsetzungsvermgen und Teamfhigkeit
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Mehrjhrige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Instandhaltung in der Industrie wnschenswert
