BoardCertified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) report to the Director of Behavioral Services. The following duties and job description are not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive list of activities duties or responsibilities that are required of an employee:Provide ongoing support for clients and their families in home and community settingsConduct functional behavior assessments and skillsbased assessmentsWrite and maintain behavior support plans treatment plans and insurance authorization reportsOversee assessments plan development and ongoing program data analysis to ensure maximum client progressAttend staff meetings and clinical supervisionPhysical Demands May Include: Lifting carrying pushing and/or pullingAssist with lifting holding or positioning clients with disabilities (including physical behavioral learning etc.)Sitting or stooping on the floor for extended periods of timeStanding or bending over repeatedly throughout the dayIndependent mobility to move about home and community settingsQualifications Requirements and Skills:Masters degree in psychology education Applied Behavior Analysis Special Education or related fieldBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificationMassachusetts Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) certification (or application in progress)Experience developing writing implementing and evaluating individual behavioral programsExperience training staff in behavioral principles and proceduresMust possess valid drivers license and reliable transportationEffective and professional communicationMaintain professionalism and confidentialityCritical thinking skills and problem solvingStrong computer skillsMaintain consistent attendance and punctuality
