**EntryLevel No Experience Required! Weekly Pay and Benefits!**
Location: Gresham OR
Pay Rate: $19.50/hour $19.50 for first 60 days then increased to $20.00

At Securitas onsite Security Officers are the foundation of our organization. Our Officers are trained to provide a high level of professionalism and specialization for their assignments help safeguard people property and information. The ideal candidates we are seeking will be reliable accountable punctual and have a strong work ethic while adhering to our core values: Integrity Vigilance & Helpfulness.
What Your Day May Look Like:
- Serves as the primary control point for incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Ensures that all individuals entering possess the appropriate documents and contact information
- Incoming and outgoing activities are meticulously documented via the Gate Log
- Parking passes are distributed to authorized entries and collected upon departure
- Security officers conduct foot patrols throughout designated areas both interior and exterior
- They meticulously scan all checkpoints to ensure comprehensive coverage and promptly report any issues to the Shift Supervisor
- Incidents within the facility are documented via Vision Incident Reports
- When not actively patrolling officers monitor CCTV cameras in the main lobby
- Each officer must complete at least three patrols per eighthour shift
Security Officer Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Standard computer / technology skills needed
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
- Must have great attention to detail and have the ability to remain vigilant throughout shift
- Must have strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills
- Must have the ability to walk and or stand for long periods of time
- Valid Drivers License and clear driving record needed for Driver Certification
