Curo are recruiting for a Repairs Team Leader to join our Reactive Repairs team. The Reactive Repairs service is responsible for the daytoday repairs in over 12000 residential properties across Bath Bristol and surrounding areas.
What youll be doing
The Repairs Team Leader role involves managing one of our repairs teams of approximately 10 Multi Trade Operatives ensuring they carry out timely and quality day to day repairs in our residential properties whilst delivering a culture of renowned customer service.

As our Repairs Team Leader you will demonstrate the potential to successfully lead and motivate your team to achieve targets. You will be ambitious and determined; you must also have a proactive positive and customerfocused approach.
You will undertake the day to day supervision and quality assurance of repair work while also providing technical monitoring and advice to ensure work is completed efficiently and safely. You must have a god understanding of Awaabs Law.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone currently in a supervisory position or for someone looking for progressing into first line management.
At the same time you will demonstrate resilience and the desire to work in an interesting environment where no day is ever the same!
