Counterbalance Driver
12.20 per hour
Monday Saturday 5 out of 6 days 2 week rota)
Bedford
We are seeking a skilled Counterbalance Driver to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have a valid FLT (forklift truck) license and experience operating counterbalance forklifts in a warehouse or industrial position is within a pet company where the wellbeing of pets is a top priority.
Counterbalance Driver Responsibilities:
- Safely operate and maneuver the counterbalance forklift to transport materials and goods within the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks stack and destack pallets and move products to designated areas.
- Conduct safety inspections of the forklift and report any maintenance or operational issues.
- Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines ensuring a secure work environment.
Qualifications
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) license.
- Proven experience operating the counterbalance forklift in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures for forklift operation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
