Job Description
Doyle Security Services is seeking to hire a PARTTIME Concierge for Fort Lee New Jersey. This position ensures that our clients and their upscale residential building are secure.
Pay Rate: $20 per hour
Shift:
- Saturday Sunday and Monday 7AM to 3PM
- Wednesday to Saturday 3PM to 11PM
Must have good communication skills and customer service.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CONCIERGE
Interacts with residents or vendors either by phone computer or in person in a professional and courteous matter. Projects an approachable and professional appearance manner and demeanor. Assures prompt and positive attention on all resident complaints questions concerns and suggestions. Also knows when to elevate any unresolved issues to Management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid New Jersey SORA License (preferred)
- Must be physically able to perform the tasks required by the position (must be able to lift at least 75lbs).
- Must be able to stand for long period of time
- Must be able to verbally deescalate situations
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to understand the English language and communicate it effectively in both the verbal and written form
