Supported by the CEO the Global Brands team is setting strategic direction for our portfolio and brand activation & positioning. Global Marketing function designs and monitors Group brands portfolio strategy based on robust insights harnessed by Strategy & Insights Center of Excellence. S&I COE acts as Consumer Insight Expert for affiliates in terms of methodology insights frameworks agency rosters and project management. The Global Consumer Insight Vision: Lead human centric decisions that drive strategy and profitable growth; Energizing business imagination; Anticipating consumer needs in Moments.
Your key missions:
- You will support the analysis related to MAESTRIA 2.0 a global effort for a key strategic priority at Pernod Ricard anchoring consumer centricity in the groups global portfolio strategy. From a Consumer Insights perspective it combines
- Demand sensing: understanding the strategic moments of conviviality in the markets & the key drivers of category choice. Support work for PR various global brands and markets
- And may also include path to purchase: understanding the consumer journey and the influential touchpoints leading to alcohol consumption in the different moments
- You will support the external communication strategy of the Global Consumer Insights Team showcasing the undisputed consumer centricity of Pernod Ricard including leveraging insights factory platform
- You will help with the democratization of Consumer & Shopper Insights within the group (which may include The Insights Factory GWI BevTracPlatforms etc.
- You will prepare strategic presentations to be shared with management and other committees at HQ or other affiliates
- You will regularly provide updates on projects to the consumer understanding and demand sensing team

- You have a first experience in Consumer Insights Consulting Strategy or Marketing
- You have strong project management skills
- You have strong analytical skills and comfortable with Excel tools
- You are tech savvy able to adopt forward looking techniques in building digital and technology applications including AI
- You have strong communication skills and very comfortable with Power Point presentations
- You are fluent in English and ideally in French but not compulsory 90 of the work in English)
- You study a Masters degree from a Business School
