Youwillberesponsiblefor:

• Deliveringcustomerfocusedservicestoclientsensuringtheirneedsaremet.
• Developingskillsinmediabuyingplanningandunderstandingthemedialandscape.
• CreatingbookingandmaintainingadvertisingplacementsforclientTVcampaignstailoredtotheirtargetaudience.
• Managinginternalsystemprocessestoensuresmoothplacementofadvertisingmaterialforcampaigns.
• Regularlyengagingwithinternaldepartmentstoensurecampaignsuccess.
• Buildingandmaintainingrelationshipswithinternalteamsandexternalclients.
• ProvidingadministrativesupporttotheSalesManager.
• Assistingwithreceptionistdutieswhenrequired.

About You

You will be a proactive detailoriented and clientfocused Sales Assistant who is eager to learn and grow within the media industry.

You will have:

• Welldeveloped interpersonal and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Word Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent attention to detail analytical and data entry skills.
• Great time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
• A willingness to learn and tackle a variety of tasks.
