Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a skilled Automation Engineer to join our team focusing on designing and implementing automated solutions that enhance efficiency and quality across various processes and systems. This role plays a crucial part in advancing Synechrons strategic objectives by collaborating with crossfunctional teams to identify and execute automation opportunities ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards of reliability and performance.
Software Requirements
Required:
- Proficiency in automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium Jenkins and Ansible.
- Experience with scripting languages like Python JavaScript or Bash.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and related tools.
Overall Responsibilities
- Design develop and implement automated solutions to improve efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with software developers QA engineers and operations personnel to identify automation opportunities.
- Create and maintain automation frameworks and scripts for testing and deployment processes.
- Conduct thorough testing of automated solutions to ensure reliability and performance.
- Monitor automated systems for performance issues and troubleshoot problems.
- Document automation processes workflows and technical specifications for knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in automation and software development.
- Provide training and support to team members on automation tools and practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance automation strategies.
Technical Skills (By Category)
