Job Description

12month position

Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Paid health benefits for employee

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. School employment experience preferred;
  2. Proficient with technology including Microsoft Office and online resources;
  3. Knowledge of management & marketing with Activity Office Procedures and practices;
  4. Expertise in general clerical organizational and interpersonal skills including customer service;
  5. Demonstrate leadership selfdirection and selfmotivation abilities;
  6. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable for the success of the position.

REPORTS TO: Principal andAthletic Director

SUPERVISES: N/A

RESPONSIBILTIES

  1. Enter and distribute purchase orders and invoices
  2. Credit card details and submit records to the business office
  3. Deposit money daily
  4. Student accounts
  5. Yearly budget
  6. Monthly reports
  7. Drivers education (applications rosters and certifications)
  8. InTouch Pay (staff setup and training)
  9. Fundraiser request input
  10. In service training (purchase orders lodging food etc.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Follows all district policies and state and federal laws;
  • Works effectively with staff students and public;
  • Makes independent decisions when appropriate;
  • Organizes tasks set priorities and meet deadlines manage multiple tasks;
  • Demonstrates good judgment and good problemsolving skills;
  • Responds appropriately to evaluation and changes in the work setting.
  • Athletic game day help (if needed)

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:235Day Contract

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Sit or stand for long periods of time
  2. Speak hear see stand and walk
  3. Stoop kneel crouch and reach overhead
  4. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
  5. Manipulate handle feel and control items or equipment

EVALUATION:In accordance with Board Policy and appropriate procedural regulations. Superintendent or designee responsible for completing the evaluation.

SALARY RANGE: Schedule as determined by the EPS Support Negotiated Contract

BENEFITS:This position includes fullyfunded health insurance for the employee that may be waived for additional salary if preferred.
