Salary National (Edinburgh and Leeds) ranging from 39100 to 50000 and London 41600 to 55000 per annum (Salary offered will be based on skills and experience)

The Communications department sits at the core of the FCAs voice shaping what we say how we say it and why it matters. We set the strategic direction for all external communications ensuring every message is clear concise and compelling.

This role is part of the Strategic Communications & News team. We work closely with strategic partners and teams across the business to create highimpact content from website copy and corporate publications to opeds blogs and speeches that drives our messages home.

What will you be doing

This is a unique opportunity to write for the FCAs most senior leaders crafting highprofile speeches that influence the public conversation and help deliver real impact across the financial sector.

Youll shape the tone content and messaging of these speechesbringing your creativity strategic thinking and storytelling skills to the heart of the FCAs external voice.

As a key member of the Strategic Communications & News team youll work alongside talented colleagues across the Communications Directorate gaining insight into the FCAs priorities and helping to bring them to life through powerful purposedriven content.
