Bay area California compensation range: $162400 $243600

The Director of Business Development International Club & Emerging Channels is a strategic and resultsdriven leader responsible for unlocking growth across a diverse portfolio of markets and channels. This includes direct management of key accounts such as Costco and select international partners as well as oversight of our Canadian business via a direct report. In this role youll drive expansion through both existing and new accounts collaborating closely with Sales Marketing R&D and Supply Chain to craft innovative profitable business models. Youre not just managing relationships youre building the future of Amys in new spaces with a keen eye on revenue growth trade optimization and brand integrity.
This position is a key member of the Sales Leadership Team and will play a pivotal role in shaping the longterm growth strategy for Amys in nontraditional and emerging channels.
It is the responsibility of all employees to uphold the mission of the Amys Food Safety and Quality Policy. This includes following all Food Safety and Sustainability programs and participating in all required training.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This role will supervise one National Account Manager in Canada. Other account managers may be assigned as needed.
