Job Description

We have offices in Santa Clara CA and Charlotte NC for employees who prefer to work regularly or occasionally from an office.

WHAT YOULL DO

    • Own the success of customer implementations and expansions guiding projects from kickoff to golive as a trusted advisor and project leader.
    • Drive results by coordinating teams managing risks and keeping projects on track always communicating clearly with customers and internal teams.
    • Connect the dots between customer systems and iQueue partnering with IT teams to integrate data complete analysis and prepare environments for launch.
    • Turn messy data into insights ensuring EHR information is accurate clean and ready for our optimization algorithms.
    • Be the voice of the customer building strong relationships solving problems proactively and making sure our products deliver real operational improvement.
    • Lead from the front during site visits (up to 20 travel) assessing workflows supporting golives and training teams handson.
    • Tell the success stories track key metrics share updates with leadership contribute to case studies and celebrate wins.
    • Shape the future by feeding customer insights into our product roadmap and improving how we implement and support customers.

WHAT YOULL BRING

    • Bachelors degree; strong preference for mathematics/statistics engineering/physics data science healthcare or clinical field
    • At least 2 years professional experience in a client or customerfacing role such as management consulting project management customer success engineering EHR healthcare; we do consider candidates with limited experience if we see some extraordinary accomplishment(s)
    • Work experience that is quantitative and data intensive regardless of your educational background it is critical for your success as a Product Implementation team member
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills (how you write your resume and approach us is a good litmus test)
    • A maniacal obsession with customer happiness success and retention; youre the type of person who will move mountains to solve problems and make people successful
    • Experience in project management and facilitating change management
    • Experience with data analysis & visualization tools (e.g Tableau Power BI)

    • Experience working on healthcare products or within hospitals
    • Experience working on enterprise software products
    • PMP credentials

$90000 $125000 a year
LeanTaaS takes a marketbased approach to pay. The offered base salary will reflect careful consideration of a number of factors including the level you are hired into your location skills and qualifications prior relevant experience internal equity and market conditions. This range may be modified in the future.
