This job is a good fit for someone who enjoys customer service and the ability to increase their own income! BDC Representatives enjoy the stability of an hourly pay rate and the opportunity for a monthly bonus check based on their production.
Pay $14.00$15.00/hr plus monthly bonus check. Estimated range of bonus check $700$1100!

Schedule: 9am6pm
Rotational Saturdays 7am2pm
5 day work week (when you work Saturday you get a day off during the week)

About the Job:
This position involves answering phones making outbound calls (not cold calling) customer service scheduling appointments and data entry. We promote from within and offer opportunities for advancement!
This job is a good fit for those who want to work an office job within an atypical office setting. Our BDC (Business Development Center) is situated within our service department which is a hustle & bustle kind of place! You will work on a team of 3 individuals but will enjoy the camaraderie of all 50 service department employees.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and assist with customer needs such as scheduling appointments
- Make outbound calls to existing customers to offer services such as recalls routine maintenence parts arrival etc.
- Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers
- Must be able to conduct business using computer internet and telephone
- Miscellaneous tasks as assigned
- Exceptional phone email & customer service skills
- Ability to multitask & work in a fast paced environment
- Superior communication and customer service skills
- Excellent followthrough skills
- Solid working knowledge of the Internet
- Maintaining a positive cando attitude
- Attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a team environment
- Must be able to maintain regular attendance
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be currently eligible to work in the United States
