Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Finance Manager to join our FP&A team supporting the Marketing organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in finance strong leadership skills and the ability to manage complex financial models. This role involves overseeing financial planning analysis and reporting to ensure financial stability and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize portfolio performance.
  • Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support decisionmaking processes.
  • Automation of data feed to create financials metrics and dashboards
  • Monitor and manage transaction processing and reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support business objectives.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting activities for the marketing division.
  • Develop and present business cases to support strategic initiatives and investments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Strong quantitative skills including advanced knowledge of Database environments (MS SQL Server) REQUIRED
  • Deep understanding of financial services operations and financial regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g. Excel SAP Oracle).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in developing and presenting business cases.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.

Base Pay Range: $94300 $170200

Corporate Bonus Target: 20

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications and experience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At TMobile employees in regular nontemporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a yearend bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
