Sr. Contracts Specialist Offshore EPCI
We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Specialist with a strong background in offshore EPCI contracts. This role is responsible for overseeing the full contract lifecyclenegotiation and administrationon complex energy projects. A strong commercial mindset and deep understanding of risk allocation are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft negotiate and manage EPCI contracts for offshore oil & gas projects.
Provide contractual guidance and risk assessments during preaward and postaward phases.
Support project teams on claims variations and change orders to ensure contractual compliance.
Interface with legal procurement and project management teams to align contractual strategies.
Monitor and enforce contract obligations milestones and deliverables throughout project .
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree in Law Business Engineering or related field.
6 years of contract management experience in EPCI/offshore oil & gas projects.
Indepth knowledge of EPCI terms commercial risk and international contracting principles.
Proven ability to negotiate highvalue contracts with clients and subcontractors.
Strong analytical communication and problemsolving skills.
