Key General Role Responsibilities:
1. Expertise and Program Development:
Understand the M5 software program and be able to thoroughly train explain and support questions regarding the system.
Support and in some instances create overall best practices of M5 platform use.
Take Area questions and support field staff in rolling out and day to day use of M5.
Work well with field and corporate team to achieve overall project goals.
2. Specific Responsibilities:
Establish inventory at certain field locations when required.
Train field staff on M5 and related processes.
Work with sites to ensure new users are trained and onboarded correctly.
Take support calls and work with field and internal staff to resolve critical issues with M5 as they arise.
3. Field Leadership and Support:
Collaborate with and support local leadership. Direct and lead the outcomes when required in order to maximize overall GFL value.
Travel to train and establish new sites on M5. Support Regional leadership on acquisition integration goals.
Help elevate the overall performance of maintenance within GFL by demonstrating the effectiveness of M5 to all relevant stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
Action oriented and proficient with shop operations
Outcome focused critical thinker with the ability to analyze and visualize to help solve problems during implementations
Interact with people and communicate clearly during training
Be willing to work in many environments
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently
Strong written and oral communication skills
Possess selfdiscipline with the ability to effectively prioritize
Travel up to 30
