Job Description

Global Dimensions is currently seeking aJourneymanBudget Analystfor a position atFort Shafter HI.
Requirements
- Active Secret security clearance
- Bachelors degree
- 3 years of experience working with Army or Joint funding in a budget analyst capacity
- 3 years of experience conducting indepth budget analysis
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platforms including Power BI
- Experience contributing to the development of organizational spend plans
- Ability to effectively communicate and present financial data to a broad stakeholder audience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Office 365
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience generating budget reports using the General Funds Enterprise Business System (GFEBS)
- Background in managing Army and Joint funding at Echelons Above Brigade level
- Experience supporting Army or Joint exercises within the INDOPACOM Area of Operations
- Working understanding of Fiscal Law and its application
- Experience developing Program Objective Memorandums (POMs)
- Department of Defense Financial Management Certification Program (DoDFMCP) Certification
