Schedule: Mon Fri 73:30pm. 1020 Travel may be required.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW
Job Description Summary:The Plant Maintenance Technicians role is to maintain and repair of production related equipment in the Air Separation Unit such ascompressors pumps motors valves gauges and vessels.
Job Responsibilities:
Working around High voltageElectricalequipment compressors pumps motors valves
Working around cryogenic process equipment such as pumps repair valves replacehoses.
Perform basic disassembly and rebuild of mechanical equipmentchanging outpumpsmechanical sealscollectvibration readings collect oil sample Greasingrotating equipment.
Perform basic low voltage electrical system maintenance process control loop andreadout calibrations.
Perform Preventative Maintenance tasks and documents in the CMMS system.
Remove and install motors andpumps.
LearningASU Process
Coveringshiftif a situation arises.
Willbe sharingOnCallresponsibilities.
Assisting nearby plants during theirshutdown or PM activities

Required Qualifications
High school diploma
2 5 years of industrial plant / cryogenic plant experience preferred.
Understanding of control valve functions and systems used to control flows & pressures on industrial tanks
Instrument Calibration Pressure Transmitter Level Transmitter etc.
Experience troubleshooting equipment in a plant environment
Comfortable working in a nonair conditioned environment
Experienced with Multi Meters (Fluke Multi Meters)
Able to climb and work on heights 165 ft)
Computer Experience
Preferred Qualifications
Candidate with a Strong Mechanical background in a plant environment
Experience with Electrical / Instrumentation equipment in a plant environment
