Job Description

To meet the needs of the region and provide seamless high quality comprehensive Psychiatric care we are seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Psychiatrist to join our rapidly growing team. We have a Behavioral Health Inpatient Program that provides a therapeutic environment with assessments and treatment by a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrist psychologists nurses social workers and mental health technicians. We also offer CPEP Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program that provides 24hour crisis services for adults and children in crisis.
LOCATION: Binghamton NY is located 2.5 hours north of New York City and 1 hour from Syracuse NY. A progressive college community town that offers a large healthcare presence a safe living environment and a diverse community with nearby lakes ski resorts golf courses wineries a symphony orchestra and an opera company.
The position includes a competitive starting salary of $335000 to $360000 with bonus incentives a sign on bonus moving expenses and a vast array of employment benefits.

As a teaching hospital affiliated with the SUNY Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse NY and the Binghamton University Health Sciences Center United Health Services Hospitals trains over 100physicians per year in residency and fellowship programs.
