To support this overall vision your role as Key Account Manager will be to make sure the selected products are available at the right place occupying best possible location and proper demo condition is kept.
Key Responsibilities & Scope for Decision Making
Reporting to Sales Manager in Poland You will be responsible for Sales of the respective product group in line with Channel Strategy:
Responsible for P&L
Effectively managing a multichannel retail environment and driving growth in both
traditional channels and ecommerce
Developing and implementing the sales & distribution strategy including
negotiations with dealers
Development and maintain business relationship with Dealers ensure Sony is top class business partner
Sellin/sellout/stock level month quarter annual targets to achieve
Development and codevelopment of annual sellin budget for dealer
Preparing and sharing inside the Sony sales analysis business summary and market/competition activity
Competition and market monitoring based on GFK reports
Carrying out the marketing intelligence at local level for dedicated brand (pricing product position
local trends market share competition strategies)
Negotiate product ranging with Dealers and ensure the agreed ranging is kept at store level (SKU/Channel/Outlet) in line with speed of ranging targets
Cooperation with Marketing Team on Sellin and Sellout Planning and
Developing & implementing operational action for all 4Ps level (pricing/product strategy / shop front and promotional activities)
Cooperation with Brand Activation/Field team on Store Level (Promotion POSM Sales Force)
Cooperation with Finance and Logistic to ensure best customer service level
Support other Departments with regular feedback from the market in an organized manner
Manage team of product merchandisers
Drive business sustainability by positioning existing products in identified target market segments initiating new product launches
Further expanding the business scope by strong cooperation with dealer regarding Sony products promotions (active support in promo plan including offline and ecommerce tools).
Qualifications & Experience
Higher education preferably with a commercial background
Min. 2 years commercial experience could be an asset (preferred Key Account Manager in Electronics/FMCG or Product Manager in Retail
MS Office Skills with emphasis on Excel
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Has an open mindset towards embraces and continuously initiates and implements change

Consequent implementation of the agreed processes keeping agreed timing

Based at the Warsaw Office you will enjoy a modern working environment.
