Job Title: Commercial Operations Distributor Markets

Job Description
Reporting to the Cluster Head Distributor Market CEE/CIS you will own and lead the commercial operations function for Distributor markets of Galderma with a focus on design and deliver comprehensive training programs for distributor sales teams focusing on customer relationship management sales techniques and other relevant skills. This involves developing and executing Galderma distributors strategies for sales incentive planning segmentation and targeting. The mission is to empower distributors sales force within the regions enabling them to maximize their sales potential and drive business growth. Furthermore coordinate ecommerce and digital initiatives with thirdparty vendors and internal stakeholders to optimize sales channels and drive business growth.
