The Senior Project Manager will oversee the delivery of complex highimpact projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies ensuring alignment with business goals and maximising value delivery. The role involves managing multiple crossfunctional teams fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement and driving successful project outcomes within scope time and budget constraints.
What youll be doing
As part of your role your responsibilities will include:
Project Management
- Lead the planning and delivery of largescale Agile projects across various teams and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project charters roadmaps and schedules to ensure timely delivery of objectives.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while proactively managing dependencies.
Financial Acumen
- Develop and manage project budgets ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment with financial objectives.
- Track and report on project costs variances and financial performance metrics.
Team Leadership
- Coach and mentor team members in Agile best practices ensuring continuous improvement in delivery processes.
- Support crossfunctional teams to foster collaboration and remove blockers to success.
- Act as a servant leader empowering teams to deliver highquality solutions.
Stakeholder Management
- Communicate progress risks and issues to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Work closely with Product Managers to refine backlogs prioritise work and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements build consensus and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement
- Analyse project performance and leverage datadriven insights to improve Agile delivery.
- Drive initiatives for organisational Agile transformation and champion process optimisation.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Essential skills youll bring to the table
The necessary skills that we require for this role include:
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and tools such as Jira Confluence or equivalent.
- Demonstrable expertise in stakeholder management and crossfunctional team collaboration.
- Experience in risk management problemsolving and conflict resolution.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Proven experience managing largescale projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban or SAFe).
- A solid track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time within scope and budget.
- Business Administration Information Technology Computer Science BSc Sci or equivalent.
- Professional certifications such as CAPM PMP or PRINCE2 Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certified SAFe Agilist (SA) or PMIACP.
- 58 years of experience as a Senior project Manager with a focus on Agile delivery.
Desirable skills youve got up your sleeve
It would be great if you also have some of the following skills:
- Experience in leading digital transformation IT or software development projects.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
- Background in coaching or implementing Agile transformations in organisations.
