Overview
Technician 1
Working under direct supervision of the Supervisor Configuration selecting from a variety of established procedures to accomplish assigned duties and responsibilities the Technician 1 Configuration is responsible for upgrading and configuring computer systems and other products ordered by customers ranging from low to marginally complex complexity levels. This is a second shift position which runs 3:00pm 11:30pm MF.

Responsibilities
- Performs moderate to marginally advanced configuration jobs with minimal assistance from Senior Technicians and Leads while following work instruction documents.
- Ensures that hardware/software installed on customers system is compatible and at the desired version level.
- Performs all other duties or special projects as assigned.
