Architectural Technician in the Southampton area
I am working with a wellestablished architectural firm who are looking for an experienced Architectural Technician to join their team. This role is ideal for a detailoriented professional with strong technical expertise and experience working on complex projects in Revit. Youll play a key role in developing technical drawings coordinating with the team and ensuring projects meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Work on complex architectural projects using Revit.
Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications.
Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and industry standards.
Support project delivery from concept to construction.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Architectural Technician in a professional setting.
- Experience working on complex buildings
Advanced proficiency in Revit.
Strong understanding of UK building regulations and construction detailing.
Salary will be based on experience and ability but is expected to be between.
