JOB SUMMARY
- Independently troubleshoot printers/copiers by utilizing training and technical resources provided.
- Respond to device set up orders in a timely manner and in accordance with DEX standards.
- Repair and refurbish used devices in accordance within the established timeline.
- Identify and order replacement parts for printers/copiers.
- Clean and maintain both customers owned and company owned devices.
- Establish and maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Responds to requests from customers for information.
- Remains knowledgeable and up to date on changes and developments made in servicerelated areas.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- To perform this job successfully an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software; Order processing systems and Contact Management systems.
- Travel is primarily local during the business day although some outofthearea and overnight travel may be expected.
- Completes additional tasks and assignments as requested by Regional Operations Director.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Regular business hours. Some additional hours may be required.
- Travel requirements: Domestic: Up to 20
- Climate controlled office environment during normal business hours.
