Responsibilities:
Develop creative concepts for events including guest experiences spatial design and bespoke moments for stores dinners lounges influencer trips and activations.
Present design ideas to senior creatives and clients incorporating feedback effectively.
Collaborate with 3D designers to bring concepts to life and refine visuals as needed.
Create and review design proposals mood boards and sourcing suggestions before client submission.
Work closely with the production team to ensure material samples and fabrication drawings align with creative concepts.
Support and guide junior designers fostering their growth and contributions.
Assist in managing client relationships presenting creative solutions and addressing designrelated challenges.
Ensure projects meet deadlines and align with production schedules.
Lead graphic design elements within projects including venue styling recommendations.
Stay updated on industry trends in luxury interiors and design sharing insights with the team.
Skills & Experience:
Strong creative vision with an eye for detail.
Passion for luxury interiors and experiential design.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
Experience collaborating with 3D designers (not executing 3D work).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Positive proactive and a team player.
Independent and responsible in project .
Minimum 35 years of experience in graphic/event design.
