Position Overview:
The Analyst Global Store Development will be a key player supporting the store development strategies global procurement vendor management and budget management initiatives. This role will assist in data compilation and analysis reporting automation enablement and crossfunctional collaboration to ensure smooth and accurate business operations.
What Youll Do:
- Maintain ongoing reports ensuring accurate and timely data updates
- Assist in the coordination of store development projects updates
- Support the compilation and update of complex data sets related to store development procurement and vendor performance.
- Assist in the development of analytic frameworks to enhance store and vendor performance evaluation.
- Support the integrity of data and assist in generating monthly reports and visual presentations ensuring clear communication of insights
- Support the automation of reporting processes by working with crossfunctional teams to streamline repetitive tasks.
- Assist in building and optimizing models in Excel for calculations and report generation.
- Provide support in procurement tasks for store development including contract review development of SOWs and MSAs and any other related documentation to ensure compliance
- Assist in fee matrix comparison to evaluate global pricing and investment
- Help evaluate vendor performance to ensure quality service and standards are met
- Help align procurement strategies with business goals and ensure brand consistency is met
- Assist in facilitating communication between departments such as Finance Operations Legal Merchandising and IT
- Help manage the tracking of action items from meetings and ensure followthrough.
Lets Talk About You:
- University degree in Business administration Architecture Project Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in store development architecture retail operations or a related field.
- Experience in global network is strongly preferred.
- Previous working experience with Anaplan or other data modeling systems
- Experience with Tableau PowerBI or other data visualization tools
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (date modeling data manipulation/transformation pivot tables).
- Capable of synthesizing insights from various analytical dimensions and presenting them visually in a digestible format.
- High attention to detail and accuracy ensuring flawless data analysis and reporting.
- Sound judgment and problemsolving skills able to break down complex issues into meaningful parts and arrive at rational conclusions.
- Ability to balance project workloads with adhoc requests ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Strong relationshipbuilding communication and presentation skills.
