Job Description
Occupational Therapist PRN or PartTime
Care IV Home Health is a locally owned and operated home health agency in Little Rock AR seeking a parttime or PRN Occupational Therapist to join our esteemed team. Requirements:
- Occupational Therapy License actively licensed or registered in the state of Arkansas.
- Previous acute OT experience
- A minimum of three professional references on the application or upon initial contact.
Duties may include but are not necessarily limited to:
- Visit patients in the comfort of their homes and assisted living facilities
- Creating occupational therapy care plans performing OT documenting/charting patient progress updating the Registered Nurse (RN) Director on patient status admitting/discharging patients etc.
- Other OT duties as assigned
